The Port Youth Center in Henderson, Kentucky is a free drop-in center for young people ages 16 to 25, run by RiverValley Behavioral Health and funded through the federal TAYLRD initiative (Transition Age Youth Launching Realized Dreams). It is a place to get mental health support, work on life skills and spend time with peers and mentors.

- Laundry facilities
All services are provided free of charge. The center is open Monday through Friday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM, with extended hours during the summer and school holidays.
